What are the reasons for undeliverable packages?

Your package may show as Undeliverable for several reasons, including but not limited to:

- The shipment is damaged before or during transit. We will actively inform you via email if this is the case.

- The shipping address is inaccessible due to incorrect information, missing details, or delivery restrictions (e.g., correctional facility, animal interference). 

- The shipping label becomes unreadable during transit.

- The carrier makes three unsuccessful attempts to deliver to your address. You might need to contact the shipping carrier to provide delivery instructions.

- The recipient refuses to accept the package from the carrier.
