How can I modify my order?

Please follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Track your order. Click "Track Order" on our website, and fill in the order number and your email address to track your order.

Step 2: At the order tracking page, you can modify the design by clicking on "Edit personalized". After finishing the modification, click "Save personalization" to update the design.

You can also modify the shipping address by clicking the Edit symbol as shown below 

Please note that your order is only eligible to be modified within 4 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be modified.
