I've been waiting for a few days, but the refund still hasn't shown up in my account. What should I do?

We credited your originating card/account for the refund within 24 hours of sending the confirmation. After that, we no longer have control over the funds. Therefore, if the credit has not been posted to your account after 14 business days, please contact your card-issuing bank for further assistance and information.
